Title: Horseradish Vinaigrette

1/4cRed wine vinegar
1tsFresh lemon juice - (OR up to double amount)
1/2tsDry mustard
1/2tsSoy sauce
1/2tsFreshly grated horseradish - (or prepared)
1 Garlic clove; minced
2ts-to
3tsFresh herbs *
1/2cOlive oil

* Fresh herbs mix should be equal parts basil, dill, parsley and chervil.

Place all ingredients in a jar. Cover and shake jar vigorously until mixed.
